Hi there! Welcome to Owen J. Gunn Videography. Here on this channel, I regularly upload mostly aviation and railway videos, and sometimes other videos such as concerts and holiday footage etc. New content is uploaded regularly, I try to aim for every 5 days, with more and more videos being edited on iMovie and I continue to grow my view and subscriber count. WIND, RAIN & GO AROUND | Incredible Aerologic 777 Aborted Landing at East Midlands | 11/06/2020

I was amazed to see this Aerologic Boeing 777 performing a go around at East Midlands Airport in some of the most horrendous weather I've been spotting in. The wind was 90° to the approach, rain made visibility less than 200m, and the cloud level was about 3ft! British summer at its finest. This was flight BOX110 from Leipzig. 11/06/2020.

Seen landing on Runway 02 at Doncaster Sheffield Airport on Saturday 30th May 2020 is TF-AAL, an unbranded Saudia/Air Atlanta Icelandic Boeing 747-400 operating a PPE charter from Beijing, China as ABD2503. Fantastic to see 747s being used on these charters, as well as many other rare aircraft. 30/05/2020.

On the 26th May, Ukrainian Wings operated a Boeing 767-300 into Doncaster Sheffield Airport, UR-CSX, seen landing on Runway 02 from Tbilisi. This aircraft still carries the former Kam Air livery, which is one I had not seen before! 26/05/2020.

A fantastic and warm evening spent at East Midlands Airport on Thursday 28th May 2020, featuring the less regular DHL Airbus A330F, Volga Dnepr An-124 and all the rest! The turnout for the An-124 takeoff was amazing, it felt like RIAT at East Mids. A lovely evening and some cracking aircraft - an evening at EMA is highly recommended. 28/05/2020

These amazing tones were given by my dad who sadly passed away on 16/12/21. It was an honour to record this and have this memory of him for us all to treasure, driving his beloved HST. A huge thank you to the NHS and Key Workers given off by this HST that most of Long Eaton definitely heard!! East Midlands Railway's 43064 & 43058 scream past a remote footbridge in Sawley, Derbyshire. 23/04/2020.

One last time, I went out to see a pair of DRS Class 20s operate the DRS Class 20 Farewell Railtour. 20302 and 20305 were the pair that operated the Leeds to Crewe leg of the tour (I think). Here, the pair are seen hauling a rake of Mk.1 coaches, arriving and departing Derby on the 18th January 2020.

After seeing a few of these parked up and not moving at East Midlands Airport, I finally managed to catch one of these elusive (to me) Royal Saudi Air Force Airbus KC-30A (A330-200) aircraft take off at EMA. This landed a couple of hours before takeoff, where it's seen carrying on its journey to Charleston, USA. 12/01/20

An unexpected visitor at East Midlands Airport was this Royal Air Force Bombardier Sentinel R1. This dropped in for some training, consisting of touch and gos and a go around. I saw this flying around whilst on my journey up to the airport, and managed to catch these shots, albeit very dull, whilst waiting for the Antonov. 09/01/20

2020 is starting to become an awesome year already for aviation at East Midlands Airport! On the 9th day of the year, UR-82029, an Antonov Airlines Antonov An-124 is seen landing on Runway 27 from Athens, before being positioned onto the remote stand for the night. 09/01/20

The third 747 of the year was this beast! This ex. Astral Aviation Boeing 747, TF-AMA, was seen taking off from East Midlands Airport an hour late heading out to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I did manage to catch TF-AMA on the 1st January, so I'll upload that video at some point. Good to see that they're becoming more regular! 08/01/20

A pretty emotional day on the third day of the ‘Let’s Go Round Again’ LNER HST Farewell tour, where it ran from Edinburgh Waverley to Leeds, via Doncaster. We started early at Long Eaton and first travelled to Berwick-upon-Tweed, where I filmed it arrive and depart. I did the same at Durham and Doncaster further south as we followed the HST down. Does the UPS B767 have a Rest area for pilots? I read most 767s used for passenger airliners only had dedicated seats with curtains ect. But the UPS freighters fly long distances and so wouldn't there need to be a pilot rest area?

Good vid mate. I remember when pairs of 47s worked the 'Freightliner Trains ' way before the Electrics, (Leccies) as we called them. My only comfort now, is seeing the odd class97 on the Cambrian . Dont like progress ,,,, llol. 👍😎😎😎
